Okay, it's one of those "looks like a variant" issues, but it's actually not (September date). Same with Sept issues of Marvel Tales and Skull.

 

As we say in the biz, you just Pulled a Scottish!

I've found 4 that I think have a chance. But I want to have at least 10 candidates before I send them in. Maybe I'll get lucky on one of em. I just picked up a hundred high grade mid 70s books. I think a half dozen of them have a chance at a 9.8 or better. I'm going over them with my magnifier looking for the best of the bunch.

At the rate I'm going, it'll be at least 2 to 3 months before I'm ready.

The thrill is in the hunt!
