Hmmm, Cost saving measures at publishing houses

SO, lets say Marvel announces an extremely limited run (say 10,000) of a new title (we'll call it Xtreme Ultimate X-men Unlimited). They announce that each cover will be a unique variant (put a timestamp or something in the bottom corner denoting when it came off the press, technically a cover variant). THen they simply publish it with a cover and 30 blank internal pages. In the rush to Slab these bad-boys would anyone notice??????

Instead of marketing it like the recent Umberto Ramos Spectacular Spider-man #1 sketch cover, Marvel can debut the new issues as sketch books. All the interior pages are supposed to be blank. 27_laughing.gif
