They were issued yesterday July 26...just picked up a couple of sheets today...the small covers are very cool!

I picked up 5 sheets of it and the Captain America Matted Art today. (thumbs u

 

The USPS guy there didn't like the location though (in the corner of the back of the Convention Hall.)

 

They don't seem to have the Stamp Matted Art though yet like they did for the DC comics. (Of which, the GL #76 is my favorite.)
