St. Louis is the Gateway to the West.

Here is St. Louis, I live in the shadow of the Arch. I call it the Arch. Others call the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial.

St. Louis has a thriving collecting community, including a group of collectors who have been meeting bi-monthly for (almost?) 20 years. My apologies to SAGA member reading this as I don't have the historical stuff in front of me.

Recently, there have been a number of shops start operating in the area. St. Louis has numerous yearly comic shows and has been the site for one of the largest comic auctions ever.

Truly, as my friend Mike Phoenix writes, St. Louis is Comics' Second City. But we all have to live in the shadow of the Arch.
