This is where it all began

I finally got around to getting it, Transformers number 19. It is what started my collecting comics. I dont remember why I bought it when I saw it sitting on the comic rack at the IDA pharmacy. But I did and was hooked. I lived in a rural area, two tv channels, and never got to see the transformers on tv growing up, and I never got into collecting the toys, but for some reason I collected the Marvel series religiously. I branched off into other comics, Hulk being the major one, and spiderman's. And I am embarassed to admit, Heathcliff. I think I have all the heathcliffs in a comic box somewhere at my mom's place back in Canada. I finally have chosen five series to work on for my cgc collecting, and Transformers is one of them. And this is the one I really wanted and have been hunting for a good price and finally won it in an auction for quite a bit less then any buy it nows. That might be a run on sentence, but oh well. I am just very happy to have it, and will add it to my collection once it arrives down here in Australia. I dont like adding comics to my inventory until after I get them ever since I got a shipment of the wrong comis and never got the ones I had won.
