Folks selling CGC graded copies that are registered

Guys i am so sick and tired and buying CGC graded books and then registering under my inventory only to find out someone else has already registered. For the most part this gets resolved in few days or less. I have now been waiting over a week for the previous owner to de-list his book. How long do i still have to wait. Part of the joy of buying CGC is getting the points and knowing the books are properly submitted in my inventory.

There should be a rule that if you put your books up for sale you should have to de-list at that point. What happens to the people that buy books and dont even register for weeks or months. Then someone else takes the credit.

I suggest that when a new buyer registers a book there should be 24-48 hours max when the previous holder has to respond.
