Gen 04 Confirmed 06-2019

Changing this from Gen 03 to Gen 04 due to info on which sticker came out 1st.  It appears the actual 00 Generation was the Spider-Man Captain America Dr. Strange blue sticker out in 10/2016 or possibly latter.  None of that Gen books were variants . 

This release had 4 titles with WalMart Exclusive recoloring of a generally released cover.  There were 3 completely new covers which were never generally released.  There was also Star Wars Galaxy Edge which does not look like it was a variant at all.
