Gen 03 Estimated Release 02-2019

Changing this from Gen 02 to Gen 03 due to info on which sticker came out 1st.  It appears the actual 00 Generation was the Spider-Man Captain America Dr. Strange blue sticker out in 10/2016 or possibly latter.  None of that Gen books were variants . 

This release had 7 titles with WalMart Exclusive recoloring of a generally released cover.  There was only  1 completely new covers which were never generally released.
