A 5.0 would likely go for around $1,200 to $1,500 right now.
I like your quotes better.

Im going to take a wild guess at it and say 800-900. The last quote on GPA was 586 & thats 2 years old
To help you gauge it a little better the 12 month avg on a 5.5 is $1213

Or maybe eliminate turn around times altogether. That way they dont have to adhere to any kind of standard. They're a monopoly so whats the difference.

Nice. Some unusual framing on the Bone but I like the " looking through a window" feel to it

I'm almost ashamed to post pics with the INSANE, AMAZING comic rooms you guys have. This my den which over the last 4-5 years, my wife has literally filled to the roof with hers and the kids .
Hard to believe, but it took me about 30 hours over the last month and 2 bulk pickups to even clear it enough that now you can walk around and theres actually spare room. A few more weeks a one more bulk garbage day and i'll actually be able to hang the stuff that needs hanging on the wall!
Problem is, i have a BUNCH of framed football jersey and other Cowboys/Syracuse plaques, pictures etc to hang so not sure what to do with them. I might find another part of the house to put them up so this can FINALLY be a true "comic room"
Like i said, its LAME AS HELL compared to what you guys have, , but since ive put so many hours into cleaning it up, heres the pics of what ive got so far
Lame as hell huh? I dont think so. Mine is lame as hell

On November 9th, 2009, I paid him...
There's the problem. Don't pay for your commissions up front.
Artist fail. Should be ashamed to take someone's money and string him along for two years.
Of course he should! But you gotta protect yourself nonetheless.
Or pay half up front, half on completion. Either way Im exhausted from that story

Yea I guess if you want to take the average of our prices then it might make more sense (I tend to undervalue my books) If it presents better and its signed I wouldn't worry about it.
