Because here you are, the Head of Marketing, taking the time on a Sunday morning PST to let me know about a customer service structure that evidently can't function on weekends...except to tell customers that it doesn't function on weekends.

I can only think it is cheaper to buy from Mexico, as it's nearer, but idk if it would help with customs.

Prayers there is a way, and Lord willing cheaper option, and if anyone remembers the boardie handle or I remember... post it.
