Injury "Forces" Strange Tales Sale Well, I was out and about the house building a new fence when I stepped to grab a board and tripped/slipped on the compressor hose and tweaked my knee There have been a few harbingers regarding working around the house lately, like this little gem... Yeah, that tear in the jeans is from a chainsaw jumping. It cut through the jeans, the pocket, and my underwear. I was extremely lucky that it didn't hit flesh. Anyhow, it seems that any projects around the house are on hold until my knee heals up a bit. I couldn't go to work with a bum knee and can't do mess around the house, hence the injury "forcing" me to go through my books. I will be listing Strange Tales 106, 107, and 110 to 116 and probably a few other books - perhaps a few others likely on Tuesday since about the only thing I can do today is go through my comics. Too bad so many good people get lumped in with a few smoking anuses who rip people off simply because of location. Great to see these fools exposed here though. Getting ripped off is never fun. I wonder how many mess -heads have ruined this hobby for honest collectors and sellers. After a deal where I got burned a few years ago, I'll tell you that nearly made me quit collecting I was so pissed off. The wheels of justice turn slowly, but they do grind fine and there is a special place in hell for these insufficiently_thoughtful_persons.

Now 3 out of 4. Nothing says you have to keep business disputes private. For shadroch: You don't always have to have a writing to have a contract. Not that I'm an attorney... The word allegedly has been used, there is no legal requirement barring anyone from bringing any business dealing to public attention (short of a NDA), and the level of evidence needed in civil court is far lower than criminal court. Your burden is usually only a preponderance in civil court. Based on what I've read here, this case is a slam dunk.
