  1. I thought the Church books were better than average on color and am hoping this one would show signs of an OO looking for good colors.
  2. That doesn't portent well for a collection of brightly colored copies.
  3. Personally, I'm still waiting to see if there are any Fiction House books in the mix.
  4. "Mom, I promise you if you do not throw these away they will be worth a lot of money someday."
  5. Which Eldon is this? I their is more than one.
  6. I sold them all. If I kept a few I would have kept them all. I finally sold the last of my jungles and jumbos about a year and a half ago.
  7. Been traveling and such so I missed a bunch of issues. Some of my highlights, though some have already been posted.
  8. Wondering if there are any Fiction House in the pedigree. I'm gonna have to tune in to the aucitons.
  9. I didn’t watch the auction very closely. Too many mixed emotions. The books did okay but not great. IIRC, the final price was roughly what I paid but then there was the BP and all that. The heritage scan goes make this one look wonky. You can see the paper was loose in my scan too.
  10. another of the better books I had. I wonder if Mr Bedrock ended up with some of mine.
  11. #48 is my second favorite cover of the series. The screaming face in the corner became such a trope during the atomic age.
  12. I'm surprised how few of my old copies have shown up. It's too bad more people don't share their scans of books. I always enjoyed seeing what other people had almost as much as what I had.
  13. #48, one of the few issues I managed to upgrade. I stuck with the 9.0 and 9.6 since the 9.0 had better colors.
  14. and since I seem to be behind, here is 47. Can't say as the monster instills much fear.
  15. I'm not as bothered by the cover as much as I am by the miswrap.
  16. One of the nicest books in my run. Hopefully it ended up with a boardie.
