I hear that CGC 9.8's are starting to flood the market soon on this book, with CGC 9.6s right behind it. Not sure who I heard that from though. Still, a great book to find.

David, CAP Freak/Connor was noted by a large group of the board as having a 4th strike, and therefore a Hall of Shame member. Since this is a group list, and not an individual tally of bad transactions, we need to put that back on there. FOUR TIMES is three times TOO MANY. I'll fix it, as again, it is a group list. He earned that title, no matter his age or maturity level. His handling of the situation with multiple buyers, his outright nasty demeanor, and forcing buyers to count on PayPal to get their money back shows he does not deserve to buy or sell on this board.

Canada Post doesn't provide any packing material at all? Ouch! Yeah, we do have it good. But even if the seller was sending this Media Mail or Parcel Post, companies like Uline and PSAUSA sell boxes that are below a $1 that easily protect CGC books. What a shame!

Thank you so much to ffcomics for the Crow CGC SS and Goon books, which were very safely packaged for delivery, and shipped supersonic fast. I should have taken pictures, but if not for the way Chris packaged the books, these cases surely would have been cracked as it looked like someone had thrown the box against the wall. I appreciate all the care you put into the transaction Chris!

Very odd situation over books that were priced so cheap, I wondered if it was too good to be true. Maybe someone assumed micro-transactions below $25 wouldn't lead to complaints. It shouldnt really matter what the price of the books are or the total of the transaction. People bid on stuff because they want it, period. Just because its a small amount doesnt make it less important to a customer. Theres a proffessional way to do business on both ends, and updating someone with a e-mail only takes a minute, no matter what else is happening. Ive watched this thread from the get-go, and this guy is just a punk the way he talked to everyone. I also am surprised MSCHMIDT kept his cool, but he handled it better that i would have. Figured there was some inside joke between you all. I just saw Arch's post in the Mod area where he banned HELLO. "Hello...Goodbye" Man, they have to laugh sometimes themselves at this stuff.

I totally agree with your logical analysis of the situation, as this is why he was most probably taking the stance of "I dare you to ban me from posting." He's been here long enough to play the system. So what about this. Can we take this stance to the Comics General thread with the backing of the folks that were impacted by this individual? I've been tempted a few times last night so it is known by the wider audience what he did and how he handled himself. This way, it is clear he has broken community rules, needs to learn a hard lesson as FOUR TIMES is way over the line, and even asking for support to follow your suggestion. Otherwise, he is just going to play the system again, and there is very little impact Connor will experience from the situation other than a brief embarrassment. Thoughts?

Here's a question: has anyone actually notified his parents? ComicGrinder said before that he has met the father at least. Maybe it would not be a bad idea for a phone call, though uncomfortable since he was not impacted by this young man's gaming.
