Probably done also to avoid the chance someone was rewinding the video a few times to record it. Very well controlled survey approach.

He was a king of B movies.
I remembered he had an interview on TV.  The interviewer asked him if those movies were junk.  Roger exclaimed and replied his question, "Effective."

Roger Corman was a legend, he turned out hits with small-budgets, movie after movie.  I spent many Saturday afternoons watching his Sci-Fi movies and loving every minute of it.  I thank him for that. 98 is a very good life.

There was nothing better than a Roger Corman horror movie! Glad he lived a long life and is so endeared by his peers. RIP Mr. Corman.

Maybe he was going for a "Superman is just like us, he puts one shoe (boot) on at a time"?
But still I don't like it, nor do I think it is a great look for the very first official photo for the film.  I'd have picked something a bit more inspiring, that is what Superman is supposed to do, inspire us.  This photo is not inspiring.

That’s awesome! I can’t wait for this one to drop. The books have been great and at times devastating  (still recovering from Path of Deceit). 
I will be at Disney World the week this show premieres. I forget which day we are going to be doing all the Star Wars stuff, but I’m hoping there is some cool promo stuff for it. 

I was offered a survey today and shown behind-the-scenes images and videos to ask if I felt the story was intense enough. They had tracking software too that if I took any snapshots it would log this and legal action could be taken. All for $5 for my time.
I just wanted to see more. I liked what I saw. That's all I can say so far.

The only legit reason I can come up with for Gunn to use this picture as an introductory photo was to show that the suit is flexible and not some type of stiff body armor. Warners did that with Batman Begins. It was a shot of Batman sitting down in front of Gordon’s house. It was meant to show that the new suit wasn’t immobile like those used for the Burton and Schumacher films. The photo backfired. Internet fans called the picture the Michelin Man.
