I recommend sending this book back to us as a ME Be sure to put it to the attn of Matt Nelson in large letters. Also, place a note on the packing slip that this book was supposed to be in a blue holder, mention that the certification lookup says it belongs in a yellow label (which is not true) and ask for that to be changed as well. Finally, ask that Matt look at the book and see if he agrees with the 4.0 grade. You can add that this is the second time sending back and were told by the graders it didn't qualify for a green label because of the low grade. Mention that CGC Mike suggested this ME.

It’s my actual name, which is a common Armenian first name. Had to add the 1 after some Board update in 2017 but I’ve been on here since ‘07. I have merged your accounts but, it may revert back to dikron1. If this happens, let me know and I will contact CGC and have them make the change internally.

This is what I was told: Hi Michael, Thank you for your email. I am slightly confused by this customer because if he looks at the census (see screenshot) it does show that there are 5 Perfect 10's. A perfect 10 is a higher grade than a Pristine 10. What numbers are off according to the customer?
