  4. Hello We are currently working to expand our database to accept more cards from the past. Due to current projects already in the pipeline, we cannot give an exact date for launch, however, you can expect to submit 1997 Bandai Digimon cards and Digimon Trading cards sometime in 2023. Mike
  5. Hello I expect we will some time in the future. There are currently no immediate plans that I am aware of to do so. Mike
  6. We are working with 2 solutions. They will need to go through the drop test and shipping test. That means they will have to be shipped to someone, and shipped back to us for examination. I believe we are getting close to be able to encapsulate these.

  8. Not that I am aware of. I am sure this is a mistake. I'll be bringing this up, along with a bunch of other things in my e-mail to the QC manager. That e-mail gets distributed to the entire team. I'll be driving over there in a month or so. I'll do another tour of the facility and will attend and most likely speak at a QC meeting. I'm making it my goal to improve on what we have been seeing. Change takes time but, it will happen.
  9. I have taken this to PM, and have settled this privately with the OP.
  10. Hello Provided the card was not damaged, (which is unlikely) it will get the same grade under a reholder. I cannot comment as to weather you should or should not get subgrades. That is up to you. Maybe other collects will chime in on their opinion of that. Mike
  11. LoL! But you care enough to keep responding to my posts. It appears that both of you need to stop responding to each other in this thread.
  12. Hello I am not aware of any immediate plans to grade these. Mike
  13. No, he won’t sign that book. He’s come out with a handful of covers that he says upon release that he will only be signing X amount or he will only be signing these covers at a specific signing and never again. It’s something he does to help create hype and demand for the books at launch typically. That being said, this is one of those books and so he won’t be signing any if they’re submitted.
  14. We are working with 2 solutions. They will need to go through the drop test and shipping test. That means they will have to be shipped to someone, and shipped back to us for examination. I believe we are getting close to be able to encapsulate these.
  15. Hello You can send in multiple submissions in one box. Mike
  16. It's possible customer service will offer you some kind of credit seems your order was initially a walk through. You could call them or if you prefer, I could contact them for you. Just PM me all of the details including the submission number, and your customer id number.
  17. I will be posting any findings here in the thread. It's part of my job. Thanks for the concern, though.

Hi The topic was removed from public view. Nobody can post in it. In the future, you can use the moderation review request forum for questions like this. Thanks, Mike
  19. Sorry but, we haven't actually kept a tally and can't hand out percentages of metal cards that have brittle ink. Mike
  20. Yup. PM me your customer id number, and what you figure would be fair compensation. I'll try to make this right for you. Edit: Please send me the certification number as well.
  21. Are you flagging me because of damage?
