Hello The minimum fee is $15 per card with the bulk submission. (more for the other tiers) The maximum value per card allowed for bulk is $250. There is also a $5 handling fee for the submission, and a return shipping fee. We charge for all cards sent. Mike

Hello We are currently working to expand our database to accept more cards from the past. Due to current projects already in the pipeline, we cannot give an exact date for launch, however, you can expect to submit 1997 Bandai Digimon cards and Digimon Trading cards sometime in 2023. Mike

We are working with 2 solutions. They will need to go through the drop test and shipping test. That means they will have to be shipped to someone, and shipped back to us for examination. I believe we are getting close to be able to encapsulate these.

Hello It appears that we only grade the standard size Harry Potter cards. Here is the list of cards we grade. Not that I am aware of. I am sure this is a mistake. I'll be bringing this up, along with a bunch of other things in my e-mail to the QC manager. That e-mail gets distributed to the entire team. I'll be driving over there in a month or so. I'll do another tour of the facility and will attend and most likely speak at a QC meeting. I'm making it my goal to improve on what we have been seeing. Change takes time but, it will happen.

Hello Provided the card was not damaged, (which is unlikely) it will get the same grade under a reholder. I cannot comment as to weather you should or should not get subgrades. That is up to you. Maybe other collects will chime in on their opinion of that. Mike

No, he won’t sign that book. He’s come out with a handful of covers that he says upon release that he will only be signing X amount or he will only be signing these covers at a specific signing and never again. It’s something he does to help create hype and demand for the books at launch typically. That being said, this is one of those books and so he won’t be signing any if they’re submitted.
