Who told you that? Did the claims director contact you to try and settle this claim with you?

I am not sure. I have never used a phone to view the forum. We no longer have a Senior Site Reliability Engineer. You May have to hold tight until we find a replacement for that position. Meanwhile, maybe a tech savvy forum member might be able to give you advice as to how you can fix this problem.

I am sorry that you are bothered by it. The emoji's meaning is kid around or wise guy. At the beginning of each round, I choose emojis based on grade ranges for that round. However, if it upsets people, I will refrain from using it.

As long as you mentioned premium, comics, credit and other, you should be good.

No idea, but maybe @CGC Mike can weigh in on that one. I wish I had the answer for you. This would be a good question for Ask CGC.

About 45 people have sent in their grades. We are half way through this round. Hopefully, I will receive more grades soon.
