  1. Our statement has changed some from the one that was posted in the video this weekend. We take any concerns about the quality and integrity of our holders seriously. We are aware of the reports that some inner wells exhibit a curve and while we have not seen any impact to the condition of encapsulated books, please contact customer service with any examples that you may have. We are immediately deploying more QC resources and working to replicate the issue so that we understand how it occurs and how it can be prevented in the future. We will follow up once we have more details. Please reach out to customer service by calling or texting 855-GRADE10.
  2. I would like everyone to stay on topic and keep any negative feelings towards each other to yourselves.
  3. Here's a link to the collectibles we grade. https://www.cgccomics.com/submit/collectibles-we-grade/ I would not be able to add anything to this. 9. Here is some more info regarding the popular now feature that used to show up in the sidebar. The first screenshot is from an Invision admin. The second one is a way to view the "Trending" content that can be viewed by clicking on the leaderboard.
  10. Hi Welcome to the forum. The want to buy forum will not be visible to anyone under 50 posts. This is due to security reasons. I tell you this in good faith that you will gradually reach 50 posts. I am going to leave this thread here locked. I hope you decide to stick around. Mike
  11. Well, it appears that Invision has removed this from our plan. Here is a screenshot from the Invision chat forum. I am not allowed to post there due to all of the custom stuff we have, thus making me not "in the cloud" I can only use the PM feature and react to posts. I will keep an eye on the thread to see what happens.
  12. It is possible that the Popular Now sidebar will return in 4 days.
  13. Ouch. The bad news is, I am the only mechanic. I will take a look.
  14. Can me weird, but I am typically distrustful when someone with less than a dozen lifetime posts comes around and starts saying people should use other grading services. While we do allow criticism, we do not allow promoting our competitors. Going forward, warnings will be issued for violating this terms of use rule.
  15. Very sorry to hear about this. Condolences to friends and family.
  16. Hi You can reach out to the Signature Series team directly regarding this. SignatureSeries@cgccomics.com
  17. I dunno, CGC Mike has his moments but he's not that bad. Gee, thanks I think.
  18. Whew! Thought I was in trouble for a second there! I was just funning with ya.
  19. January 7th will make 20 years for me. I was doing a submission and spotted that chat forum button. I clicked on it, and what a ride.
  20. That was done in Ditch's thread. People were awarded points. Here's a link. (not at the beginning)

  22. Hi I am not sure why you posted 3 threads for the same book. Going forward, create just 1 thread for a book. Thanks
  23. The report was great as usual. I did move it out of the for sale section though.
  24. LOL! Sure, call me whatever you want. Just don't call me late for dinner. While you're at it CGC Mike, Michael Browning's title can be "Ideologue of Comic Art". How about we go with this for now?
