    I gave my wife the same thing in my living trust. There are actually 6 people on the boards here for her to call. You Wombat are one of them.

    My wife is a probate paralegal and she sees this stuff every day wills are contested and usually never what the deceased wishes. What you really need is a living trust, or else it will go into probate. Legal fees are free for my input.😉
