Its actually the crown jewel of my collection, and the first run I ever completed.

Should give it a pedigree distinction. I also have collected a complete run of ASM from AF15, ASM 1-700 . When I pass I instructed my wife to sell as the Oakman pedigree. 👍

My man I am just happy to have gotten in on Warren mags all those many moons ago, when everyone thought they were worthless family, even board members. Even my wife was like "why are you collecting that junk , it's not worth anything " I collected because I loved the art that scratched an itch that superhero comics didnt provide. To see these things go for crazy money is a double edged sword. I'm happy that I made a good financial decision, but on the other hand I'm not completely done with what I need to collect .

I like Man Thing, and I do own a copy but I am astounded by that price. Vampirella 1 to me is still king of the horror magazine court.

Then you get the "I never had rats before" You have to laugh inside, because there are mountains of rat poop and generations of rats around. Then ( here's the funny part) they get mad at you because you cant get rid of them in a week.😂

That would be me as well. I am brutally honest with people, and some just dont like it at all. If I were a teacher I would be fired in a heart beat. As an exterminator I get praised for it. " how's it looking " ma'am you have an extreme rodent problem because you are a hoarder with too much carp in your yard.😂

Been working on trying to have everything Warren myself. Great pickups Creepy 16 is a tough bird to find in NM, with the typical black cover. The other cool Monster title is Monster Mania. Frazetta has an awesome cover in issue number 2.
