  1. If your goal is to just read old comics, I may suggest buying coverless comics? That way you can still enjoy the story yet you do not have to spend much. Keep the CGC stuff with other more advanced collectors.
  2. You do not want to submit comics that normaly sell for a few dollars. You would want to submit like a Near mint condition Wolverine #1 mini series from 1982. Not Wolverine #85 from 1992.
  3. That Crow book is awesome!! Great job!!
  4. Here is a choice sample of some recently graded books. Miracleman all in 9.8, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 14,and 3-D Fantastic Four 230 in 9.8 Simpsons #1 my first 10.00, Yes its a ten! Nice batch of stuff picked up in Philly.
  5. Did anyone notice Overstreets comments on Copper Age. "Many of those predisposed to dismiss Bronze Age comics will doubly miss out on the growth of this market sector." In other words, some old time dealers will just say those comics will never be worth anything. Guess what, many are increasing in value higher than any other age when certified in 9.8. Its gonna be a fun ride, will see where we end up in 2010.
