  1. I can't take a good picture, without glare, to save my life using a phone. The font is always clearer on the scans as well.
  2. I was just cleaning the glass underneath on the HP because it was foggy/dirty, although I think I had one that had the same kind of line.
  3. I tried that once. The glass comes out so much easier than the HP8200-8300. I'll try it again with someone a bit stronger.
  4. I finally got a MicroTek i800 and it is much better on glare. The thicker slabs still get it a bit, as others have mentioned. I'm having one problem though. There is a thin line that shows up vertically on the scans. I cleaned the glass back/front but it's still there. Any known fix for this?
  5. I received 25 slabs yesterday and all looked great. No rings, smudges or label errors.
  6. Submissions forms have been down since last night. Quadruple normal lead times and price increases almost across the board and I can't give them my money
  7. He is definitely my favorite non force user character in Star Wars. I enjoyed this episode a lot. I hope it keeps up.
  8. Graders are currently grading books received on 4/23 for modern FT.
  9. https://www.indiewire.com/2021/05/j-j-abrams-star-wars-trilogy-planned-better-1234640388/ No sht
  10. Yea. I don't know who is buying at the current market prices but they are, for both books
  11. I can agree with that. This wasn't the case before the Venom movie, however, I will concede Venom was more well known than Ahsoka before first movie/show appearances. I think Mandalorian did more for Ahsoka than the Venom movie did for it, in terms of exposure. This is absolutely false. We just didn't see her coming into the big picture anytime soon. Same can be said of Venom compared to it's comic book version. At current prices, I don't think either is a "good investment". The market is skewed right now and there will be price corrections but if I had to choose one, Clone Wars is certainly the better bet, considering the sheer amount of copies of ASM 300 out there.
  12. I couldn't disagree more. Full disclosure, I own several copies of #1 special and normal covers(I also own two 9.8 ASM 300s). I didn't have any Clone Wars copies until just over a year ago, when it was obvious they are shaping Ahoska up to be this generations Luke and demand is definitely not low. Normal cover is selling often at 3k+. Special is at 8k. Besides SW #1 in 9.8, It's the king of any Star Wars book right now. That's saying a lot for a character that never hit the big screen.
  13. ASM 300 is overpriced right now but a lot of minor/major keys are. I think CW#1 has much more room to grow. That Venom trailer looked terrible but it's just the first one. 300 may see a bigger spike but there are SO many out there.
  14. Not usually. They used to have a "verified" status that it changed to just after being received. That's basically what SFG is now. I've had some sit there for weeks and others a few days.
  15. Everytime I see this, I just think it's more that people submitting don't know how to grade.
  16. I should have clarified. I liked it but the way they edited his voice sounded off to me.
  17. Episode 2 is Friday and 31 minutes. I would assume that's the norm going forward but that's about 10 minutes more than CW or Rebel episodes.
  18. You could just watch CW season 7 and understand it all but that would ruin your experience with that series, so I would say yes and watch Bad Batch after.
  19. Smooth transition from Clone Wars. Loved the first episode except for a certain rebels star voice in the beginning, though it was cool he returned.
