    I just got another large batch of books back and Newton rings on almost every one to the point you can't see parts of the cover. Is no one else really having these issues?

    It's the new new cases. I just got almost 50 books back. About 60% had a good amount of newton. I only sent 10 back that were horrendous though. Won't be submitting anymore for awhile.

    I just had 48 out of 58 books pass 9.8 prescreen Anyone else notice the newton rings getting worse again? You are doing something right or dealing in just hot off the shelf books. My last couple submissions are in line with his numbers (45% 9.8s, 40% 9.6s and 15% other). It was a mix of coppers and moderns. Maybe pre-screening helps?

    They do fit the smaller size new slabs(very snug) but not the larger one for thicker books.

    The films were presented as "blood relatives". I saw both and didn't feel any connection. I just take it as if the story continues, it will be revealed how they are related.
