I wonder if anyone can explain to me how a card with an older registration number (Something in the 37900 range) could get a M+9.5 grade even if it were submitted for regrading. If the card was a GM9.5 originally it would now be a 10. I don't see how any cards that were originally graded a M9 could move up to M+9.5. Anything with two nines would still be a M9. Anything with an 8.5 could move no higher than a M9. I see many cards with old registration numbers that seem to have been reholdered with M+9.5 grades. Am I the only one that finds this confusing?

I recently sent in eight graded cards, all with M9 grades to be regraded with the hopes of getting M+9.5 grades. I received a call from customer service to clarify if I wanted a reholder or a regrade. I had sent them under the $15 grading tier so I was confused why the call. In talking with the CGC rep I explained I was hoping some would qualify for the M+ grade. He explained to me that the M+ grade had been around since they started grading and that if they had been good enough to get that grade they would have gotten it originally. All the cards had sub grades that to me appeared to be very strong 9's. With what he said I decided to see if I could cancel the order and have them sent back with nothing done. CGC agreed to do that and am waiting for them to be returned. Was I given the correct information? Can a M9 qualify for M+ 9.5?

Wondering if you have any information on why I have sets that have no rank. They are FATES I, II, III and ISLES.

So I cleared a little more data and I can now get into my Registry. Many thanks on that. I still have 4 sets that have a point total ranking of 0. They are FATES I, II, III. and ISLES. Anything you could do would be appreciated. Thanks again

Excuse we for asking what might be a stupid question but, when you say clear your cache do you mean my site history on my computer or something else? I've cleared the history on my computer and that has not resolved the problem. If you mean something else please explain. Apologies for my ignorance. The sets I'm referring to are the ones with a rank of zero.

Just created a new set yesterday and it has a points total but a rank of Zero. I'm confused. Still can't access my sets from my home page. I can get to my submissions but not my sets.

If I submit a card graded a 9 for re grading that has strong subgrades. Say 9,9,10,10. Do they use the existing subgrades or do they disregard the existing grades and re grade the card. It would seem a card with those subs would come back with a 9+ grade. Or do they regrade the card with the possibility it would come back with a lower grade. I understand it would not have subs anymore.

If I submit a card with subgrades will those grades be used to get the new grade. In the case of the new 9+ grade, would a card with subgrades of 9,9,10,10 get the new 9+ grade.

Still can't get to the Registry when I sign in to my account. I cleared my cache but nothing. Any ideas?

I have a few cards that when I enter the certification number it gives the information about the card but says No Picture Available. How can this be fixed?

When the merger happens will all cards be under one registry? If so any thought to separating them? Top baseball collectors collections going up against other baseball collections. Magic against Magic etc.

Can you add a pedigree to a re-holder.

I've noticed that some are using the same cards in the actual set it comes from and then an individual set also. An example Charizard in the Base unlimited set and then the Charizard set. Can that be done?
