  5. Awwwwww yeah! Get the rights back!!! http://heroichollywood.com/james-gunn-fantastic-four-villain-guardians/
  6. That's the only one I balked at in your list. Seems to me that JIM #83 and TOS#39 are both higher than XM #1. AF15 SC4 Hulk 1 FF 1 ASM1 BB28 JIM83 TOS 39 Xmen 1 ????
  7. I get what you're saying here...but I disagree with some of this. As a buyer, I couldn't care less how much "legwork" you've put in or how many books you've sent in to get graded before you received that magic 9.8. I this example there are close to 200 on the census so it certainly isn't rare. Cost to slab is probably $25-30 all in (fee + shipping). If I hit a 9.8 on first try, that doesn't mean my book is worth less than someone that hit it after 30+ rejects. The difference in the value may have a 'TV speculation' premium attached to it, because I certainly don't feel like Flash #1 (2007) is worth the $70 delta, but it certainly doesn't have a 'legwork/reject' premium associated with it.
  8. I bought a handful of books at a used book store...but I specifically remember this one.
  9. Did anyone ever figure out who the two figures were that were fighting in the Rocket/Yondu warp scene? It went by in a flash.

  11. Same sentiment here. Super excited...but I'm skeptical they can capture the look and feel of the first 2.
  12. Yep. Can't wait to see the fanboy photoshop for him...starting tomorrow.
  13. Yeh, but Harrison Ford is playing a 77 year old Indiana Jones...not an age-defying demon with a body builder physique. The average age expectancy for males is 76. The Indiana Jones franchise is playing with house money at this point. Technology can do anything, but if I were a producer willing to put 9-figures on a movie like this, expecting a franchise of a few movies/a trilogy, I wouldn't want to play Russian roulette with the mortality tables...
  14. Yeh, he was perfect...but he is 67. If they are rebooting the series, that won't happen probably for a few more years. Then, if the reboot is successful, they'll want sequels. You can't do that if your main character is in his mid-70's. With that said, I like this guy. If you haven't seen Stranger Things, you're missing out. He's a damn good actor.
  15. HELLBOY is being rebooted per creator Mike Mignola!!! http://birthmoviesdeath.com/2017/05/08/mike-mignola-says-theyre-rebooting-hellboy https://www.comicbookmovie.com/hellboy/hellboy_3/hellboy-r-rated-reboot-in-the-works-from-neil-marshall-will-star-stranger-things-actor-david-harbour-a150952

  18. Well, there is definitely a discount applied to the 2nd print newsstand copies that have the marker across the bar code. I had a few people interested in the book, but they wanted a copy without the sharpie mark. Good market intelligence there for those of you that have copies. Still, for a $1 bin book, I made out like a bandit.
