It is tonights read. Last night was Conan #4, which I have enjoyed that series immensely.

Judging by the way Hillbilly has been received. What are the odds Spook House sells out and generates the same hype? I would imagine being an Albatross book it will have a low print run.. Thoughts? And I bought two copies, one for reading and one to get signed next time I see Powell.

I buy 3 copies of each, I read one, submit one, so I try and have a spare in case I get a 9.6 or decide I want a SS copy. #1 I had about 7 copies, but 2 was tough, and 3 I have a few, and picked up a few of the second print.

This is why we window bag comics before getting them signed. That can go straight to the trash.

What is everyone's thought on Reborn? I picked up a copy of the NYCC variant to sit on as I thought the team could get people excited and what looks like the possible success of Seven to Eternity may have people slightly more interested in sci-fi. Anyone else think buying a few might be the smart move, or will the print run be too high (couldn't find that information).

I was tempted with the Clayton Crain cover, but everyone turned me off from comicxposure. I picked up the Dell'otto when it was first available for pre sale, and the Horn as they were both reasonably priced. But it seems many of these variants are really over priced from the door. Edit: It shows I am replying to NYComics. I am not, I wanted to be clear on that.

You guys need to simmer down.

How do you get put on this list?

Forgive me, but Pat, board name The Resurrection, posted the statement that I have placed in quotations below after purchasing copies of the Pink at the Baltimore ComicCon. Thus, unless Bulletproof Comics brought copies to the New York ComicCon that it did not bring to Baltimore, pressing will "make CGC graded" 9.8 copies of the two copies that you believe are that grade, or Pat corrects me, will those two copies actually grade 9.8? Please let the board know if you did, in fact, obtain CGC 9.8 on those two copies. "Hank brought the last 200 to Baltimore, they were 9.4/9.6 at best. I dug through and picked up 2 sets. The worst copies however were around a 9.2." I posted my comment because Pat is an excellent grader. (Edit: replaced "a" with "an") Pat's statement may be found in the "Harley Quinn self titled most sought after variants" thread. Best. I guess he held some at home for NYCC? The leftovers at Baltimore were not 9.8 candidates

Isn't venom the symbiote with Eddie Brock, and other character the symbiote bonds with is not Venom. AKA spidey 252 is not the first Venom. This whole thing seems absurd.

Love the story and art fit it perfect, I bought it as a spec and decided to read it. I liked the story very much and will be a reader for sure.
