    WOW, I saw a run of pics of comics and toys and can say that I am super impressed!! Not sure what you plan on doing with it once you're ready to have it all go to a new home but I'd be honored to get a call. I can't imagine what the entirety of your comic collection looks like.     I'd sell it as is and wait until I sell one this spring that might pull a 7.0 as it was just sent off to CGC yesterday. Sent two but I think the lesser one is around a 6.0 to 6.5 due to a tiny piece of the spine cover missing.

    I'm not a professional grader but I'd place it in the 2.5-3.5 area.
