It is. I got it for a good price with other books so I took the gamble. I'm figuring 8.5 but it's being pressed now so hopefully 9. Otherwise I'll resell it.

Front looks pretty clean. It's going to be pressed but I see some issues on the back that won't press out and not sure if the discoloration/staining on top of back cover is cleanable or not? These are the only pics I have.

That's what I'm guessing 9.0 too it's a bit on the "edge" so worried about getting an 8.5 because all my Solars I want to be 9.0+. Thanks for your input.

Just based on front cover what grade does this look like? Looks like some sort of staining or distribution ink at the bottom?

Its not printed. Not 100% sure if its real leather or pleather. Ive held one that was not slabbed and it feels real. Theres only 6 9.8s and i doubt there will be even a few more if any. The books were easily damaged in manufacturing.

X-O Manowar: Unconquered #1 (1/250) Leather Variant. Finally tracked one down and it arrived today. The book looks flawless in person...just perfect. The scan for some reason picks up markings you can't see with you eye I'm assuming the leather texture causes this in the light. NFS

Just back from CGC today. Happy with all of these except the Magnus 38. I knew the Solar 2 would be around a 6-6.5. I'll be selling the Solar 2 and the Magnus 12 (9.2). The rest are gonna stay in my PC until I upgrade. Love that Solar 20!

Will do. I've bought from this source multiple times and the grades always came back exactly as expected except one I thought was a 9.4 came back as a 9.2 and another I thought was a 9.2 came as a 9.4. They are going to be cleaned and pressed by Rocket Comics in CA. Hopefully I can find this thread again and I will share. So I'd guess about 3-4 months from now.

Just grabbed this 9.6-9.8 Candidate with this Magnus 44, and also this Doctor Solar #31 which is also likely a 9.6-9.8 and a Savannah Pedigree. Both still going to be pressed and will be out for grading soon. Didn't really care to collect Solar Books after the final Gold Key one...but couldn't pass on these.

I wish. It came back 8.5 so it's in my PC for now till I get one higher. I had it pressed and cleaned too. I had already commented above I got it back. So the hunt continues for a 9.2+
