    I've never had an issue with him. he does charge more than most, but it seems like everyone is marking up these days. if you get there early when his booth is pretty empty, he's usually good for a story or two.

    my official one year anniversary of getting in the CGC SS hobby. sweet. my bank account hurts. still getting used to the convention scene and what not, but i was able to score a Jim Lee and John Romita Jr. wristband at Wondercon. then i had to scramble to find books to buy. ASM v2, 36 will be my new "get all the spidey artists" book.

    yeah i never even noticed it on the auction until i received the book. its discrete, and placed in the top right corner. pretty cool.

    When would you start seeing potential for a markdown in grade?

    i recently purchased a captain america 100 (6.0), and noticed on the back there is a date stamp. i did a little research on those, as i haven't purchased many vintage books, but i was curious how much that effects the overall grade? any opinion on the matter is welcome
