I had to send back 6 of 7 magazine due to the holder not belonging to the book encapsulated. Originally books were sent in July 01,2022. Resubmitted booked were received May 25,2023. What is the TAT for mechanical errors?

Months. I sent in 6 books that CGC put in the wrong holders. And it has been almost a month.

I submitted magazines july 1 of last year. I received them in May of this year. 6 of them were placed in the incorrect grader header. I was told it would take two weeks. It is going on four. And still shows in grading. Why are they in grading? And can i get a possible delivery date?

To the competitor I will go. A year for 7 magazines is ridiculous. Them when I sent them back, their idea of rush was they sit untouched for a week.

I sent in 7 magazines last year June to be graded. After 10 months I received the magazines. But 6 of the 7 had misidentified headers for the magazines in the case. So here I wait. It will be well over a year total. Where is the Quality control for checking these?

Every magazine I received back the holder is mislabeled with the wrong magazine. Every book except one.

I will be at 10 months and holding 05/01/23. 50 days, 70, 100, etc is all a ruse.

I am at encapsulation going on 2 months. I definitely do not believe the quick turnaround.

I submitted my books in July of last year. Still waiting.
