Smith Etc Posted July 15, 2023 Share Posted July 15, 2023 I had to send back 6 of 7 magazine due to the holder not belonging to the book encapsulated. Originally books were sent in July 01,2022. Mechanical Error turnaround time can vary depending on several factors since these returns often require special attention and review. We did have a back order of magazine holder parts resulting in a temporary delay in processing submissions of magazine-size books. This has been resolved, and we are processing submissions as quickly as possible. Your mechanical error submission is processing normally and we should see some movement soon.
