  1. I have an otherwise beautiful VF+ book with significant ink transfer between pages. How does this affect the grade?
  2. In the last couple weeks my friends and I have received a total of three different submissions where Canadian Price Variant books were inconsistently labeled, or not labeled at all. As an example today I got seven CPVs back from grading. Three were graded as Canadian Price Variant books and four came back as "Newsstand Editions" with no indication they were CPVs. Looking at the Certification data it looks like none of the last 4 were reported as CPVs and thus likely won't get on the CPV census. Is there a process that does not involve me spending a lot of money for a reholder fee to get my books correctly labeled as Canadian Price Variant books and get them listed in the census?. .
  3. I have a copy of the Canadian Price Variant of Amazing Spiderman 238 but there is no "tattooz" in the back. I have read that some of the CPVs were sold without the Tattooz. I was wondering how a user can tell whether the copy they have is a "never had a tattooz" versus "tattooz missing" and whether all "tattooz missing" get a green label or whether they can get a blue label?
