The notes unfortunately say there are two names written on the cover, while there are clearly 3 signatures.  So I'm not sure how much time was spent inspecting the book.

I submitted this book and 9 others.  It has arrived at CGC, and it looks like I'll have grades in June or July.  I'll let everyone know how it turns out.  Thanks for the feedback!  

My brother purchased multiple copies of several books that he probably thought were more important than others.  I have three of these.  This one seems to be in the best condition.  I appreciate your thoughts.

I appreciate any feedback.  There are few older comics in my brother's collection.

Thanks Februus.  I think that is right.  My brother decided to collect comics in in the early 90's, and after a few years he just quit. I don't think these books were ever opened.  They would be perfect, except my brother died in 2011, and I unfortunately shipped the boxes across the country.  The damage is probably due to the shipping because these comics have been essentially undisturbed for 25 to 30 years.  

I'm not even a comic book novice yet.  I inherited these comics from my brother 11 years ago, and I never opened the boxes until a couple weekends ago.  I think these comics sat essentially undisturbed for 27+ years.  Unfortunately, when my brother died I had these boxes shipped across country, and the damage on the corners and the rubs on covers are probably from the cross country shipping 11 years ago...

Those are scratches.  I can't see them with my naked eye, but I'm also old.  I suppose those are not repairable?

I would appreciate your thoughts on this one.  Just like the others, but this one's board has zero ghosting.  They sat next to each other in a dark box for ~27 years.  Was it maybe the side of the board facing the book that caused the two different outcomes?
