Hi, I thought I would start a thread on the hardest to find modern variant you acquired. Mine is away being graded atm but I will post it as soon as it’s back.

Do you still get the blue label when missing the stamp? And if it’s put back in would you not get a green label?

That was because the top shelf has less room and only the ewoks could fit 👍

I still think that Harley and his supergirl covers are his best, well my favourites anyway

I buy comics I like and keep the ones I really like, I have bought comics in the past that I thought would make me a good profit and it dident work out, but some have,That was mainly variants which I only have a very little left. Some I dident pull the trigger on and I’ve regretted it for instance I had the chance a few years back to acquire a very low grade AF15 and I dident that will probably be my biggest miss.

I think first appearance in general, but when you have them slabbed it adds to the appeal them being on the front cover. For example I think I would rather look at spiderman 129 than strange tales 110.

I really like the Stan Lee signed books especially silver age Spider-Man, I think they add a bit more value

I would definitely like some dc Batman Harley, motu and Star Wars

I’ve just had a few back with the miles morales and invincible custom labels. The only one I dident get pressed was the clone wars silly me

Yes that’s what happened, we went back and it had gone 🤷‍♂️ oh well it made someone’s day

My youngest son collects them and we came across this in the shops not long ago and he passed on it as he wanted the green one, only to find out it’s quite rare

Other than comics I collect vintage Star Wars figures,I found some of my originals years back and it got me into finishing the run then into variants, I have since stopped here’s my pic

I also had this problem last week when doing a submission on a variant. All it was in the end I missed a space or a backslash and it bought the whole list up

Hi everyone I’m Dale and I just joined the forum today. I’ve collected comics in the 90s but they have long gone. Anyhow my son got into collecting a few years back and also enjoys conventions so it’s gott me back into it also. I had my first book slabbed last year and my son and I really enjoy it. And I’m from East Sussex in England.
