  1. Hello @Rshellhouse, thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! The A++ grade refers to the seal of your game, however, the 9.6 grade refers to the overall grade of both the seal and the overall game, including the box/case. Games that receive a 9.6 are typically seen as very well-preserved games with minor manufacturing or handling defects. This means that it is possible that the case/box itself may display some very minor defects that slightly reduce the overall grade. We hope this helps clarify!

Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!

  2. Hello @Vrishnak, thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! I would be happy to help with your inquiry. The "ready for pick-up" message from USPS is a common error we see when a package is delivered, but the carrier misses the last scan. All packages are delivered by USPS directly to our offices, and we do not pick up any deliveries.

Let me also share what happens when we receive your package. Carrier tracking may indicate that your submission has been received at our office; however, it can still take some time to reflect within our online submission tracking. All packages received move into an intake process where the contents are inventoried and compared against the submission form as validation before moving forward into the grading process. Should there be any discrepancy encountered with an item itself, a missing or extra item, or any other concern for that matter, our customer service team will reach out for clarification accordingly.

Please note the intake process can take upwards of 7-10 business days before the order will reflect within online submission tracking. This period is accounted for in the overall estimated turn-around time displayed at the point of the submission. If your box was labeled on all sides with "WK" for Walkthrough tier submissions, then it should be opened up sooner, usually within 1 to 3 days.

If you have not already, you can confirm that we have scanned your package as received with the "Confirm Package Delivery" field HERE.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

  3. Hello @Swantonbomb, thank you for contacting us. We do not charge when an order is created online. We will charge you once your order has been received and your books have been verified by our team. Right before grading typically, we will charge you at that point. If you have a prescreen order, we will charge you after grading.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

  4. Hello @Leon Senshi, thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! CGC does not grade doujins at this time quite yet, but we are looking into grading manga soon! Please feel free to check back periodically or sign up for our CGC Newsletter on when we may accept these items.

    Thank you!

  5. Hello @2prcentThank you for contacting us. I was able to confirm that your full order was pressed with CCS on 04/30/24 and was moved to CGC on 005/10/24. With that said, unfortunately, creasing is not always a fully pressable defect. We can press the book to make the crease have better "eye appeal" and it may help the grade at times, but ultimately, it may not completely remove the crease depending on how bad it is.

We are very sorry for any confusion and disappointment caused. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

  6. Hello @fodes. thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! When you create a Mechanical Error submission, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label that you may use to send your item back to us. In this case, this page was encapsulated as we normally do, with the fold on the left. You would need to send this item back in as a reholder if you did not specify on your original packing slip that you'd like the back of the page to be presented toward the front. We are sorry for any confusion caused!

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

  7. Hello @The JNS Coin Collection, thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! This book should be okay to be submitted, but please note that we are semi-limited in what magazines we are able to grade. My team advised that we will need the book in hand to confirm if it is eligible to be graded. Feel free to send it in with your next comic/magazine order and we will review it.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

  8. Hello @Ecohoneybear, I was not able to find this exact card online. Currently, we accept cards sized 2-5/8” x 3-3/4” (6.6cm x 9.5cm) or smaller. Cards may be up to 7.25mm thick. With that said, as long as it fits these dimensions, feel free to send it on in!

Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!

  9. Hello @Ecohoneybear, thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! Due to the card not being manufactured with the signature already on it, you would indeed need to kindly send this in to JSA authentication services once they become available to cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but thankfully we will have a solution soon to having your card graded and the signature authenticated!

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

  10. Hello @alphajames, thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! I will do my best to answer your questions in the same format you asked them:

    1. Yes, it is correct that you would only need to send the book in for reholder. We will review all books upon receipt to make sure the grade is still accurate, but as you mentioned, typically the grade will remain the same unless the book/slab has undergone extensive damage since we shipped it to you/the original owner.

    2. Correct, signature grading is only available through JSA authentication at this time. Signature Series is not currently offering witnessed signature grading at this time.

    3. Lastly, the label details should remain the exact same if you decide to send the book in for reholder. We will usually only change the description on the label if the data is *incorrect*, but since everything is correct on this one, we should not modify it.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

  11. Hello @Kissfan79, thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! We are still planning to merge with JSA, but do not have an exact date of when this service will roll out. There are many logistics to put in place prior to when we officially allow submissions to be sent for this service. We are working diligently to get everything order so that we can have the most successful launch of this addition to our services! We thank you greatly for your patience while we make these adjustments. Be sure to follow the latest updates on this addition HERE.

  12. Hello @Stephen Davis84Thank you for contacting us.  Unfortunately, we have been experiencing some issues with our server.  As a result, some features on the website may not have been displayed properly. This could have included features like order submission and tracking. Everything should be back up and running normally now. Please let us know if you are still experiencing an issue.

    Thank you!

  13. Hello @HaxMammond, thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! To start, we currently require a minimum of 25 cards to be submitted under the bulk grading tier to qualify. If you have 10 cards to submit, unfortunately, they would not qualify for bulk since it does not meet the minimum quantity requirement.

You may mix tiers on the same order, however, mixed tiers will not qualify under bulk itself since you must have a minimum of 25 cards under the actual bulk grading tier. What I mean by this, is for example you have 20 cards under Economy and 5 under Express, that does not qualify them for bulk since bulk is its own grading tier. Hopefully, this makes sense! If instead you are asking if you can send them in the same box, then yes, you may submit cards in different grading tiers in the same package.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

  14. Hello @joeboothank you for contacting us. At this time we do not provide graders' notes for cards, but it might be something we will do in the future. If and/or when we decide to start graders' notes, we will be sure to make an announcement.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

  15. Hi @Giants1966, it is possible that is their own census data, but we do not have a census built out on posters. As Matt M mentioned, it is possible we may have this feature in the future, but we do not have immediate plans to roll this out. Thank you for your understanding and patience in the meantime!

Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!
