  1. Exactly what I wanted to know! Thank you @KaileeS CS!
  2. Hello, Had some questions and wanted some clarification: If I just wanted my comic (such as the one pictured) in the new Signature Series holder, I would choose the Reholder service, correct? If I understand correctly, there is a very small chance for a lower grade, but most of the time it will come back the same grade. From my understanding, as of right now, this comic would not qualify for signature grading because it already has a witnessed signature. Is witnessed signature grading something that will come? I've noticed Signature Series comics have "SIGNED BY 'artist' ON 'date'", but my comic has the artist, date, and location where it got signed (EMERALD CITY COMICON). If I reholder this comic, will the new label keep the same information, or would it lose the location part? I would hate to lose the location because I personally met Middleton at ECCC when I got it signed so it would be cool to still have that information. Thanks for your time!
  3. How do inscriptions work in regard to authentication and grading? For example, if a book has "Excelsior! Stan Lee" or "To James, thanks! JRJR" is just the signature looked at and authenticated/graded, or are all written words looked at. If the signature is perfect, but "Excelsior!" is not, would that negatively impact the grade?
  4. Thank you @KaileeS CS and @CGCRyan! That's exactly what I wanted to know! Hey @northkorea! Yeah, I'm mostly about the holders; I like CGC labels and holders the best. The way I look at it, I'm paying a premium to have someone protect and label my cards and I'm okay with that. The grades and registry are added bonuses. I'm a stickler for cataloging
  5. I have a couple cards from Pacific that are embossed. In the late nineties, early 2000s, Pacific gave collectors the opportunity to have their cards embossed at shows. Does CGC grade these types of cards? Or would they be considered altered even though the actual card company did it?
