Just got this book from my LCS (Borderlands)... British reprint of Tomb of Dracula 9, 10, and 11, and Man-Thing 11 and 12

Much as I love Dave's work, this cover just doesn't capture the beauty of the Mimi prints. I think Dave spent more time on the bike than he did the girl

Was there a question about his work on it? I had read somewhere, forget where now, that he had only done inks... Just wanted to clarify, re:pencils & inks.

Just a few thoughts on the poll results... I think it is important to support the continuance of Dave's legacy... these new covers, regardless of whether or not they have been used before, repurposed from interiors, or were previously unpublished images, all help to keep Dave in the eyes of the reading public. Which is a good thing. I would prefer that he not be forgotten, or ignored... That is why I voted to keep them in the registry, and will vote for adding any additional Dave covers that come out, from any company.

Hell yes! I need the points! I have a sneaking suspicion that "I already have the books and need the points" will be the true driver to the poll results and not the fact that they should actually be in the set... I voted with the majority, and I don't have any of the books in question I think next year I will rebuild my Stevens set...

Yeah, I don't like the retreaded covers, but not all of the IDW books are retreads, some are formerly interior panels that make GREAT covers, others are unpublished covers, or images... Can we take out the retreads and leave the first-time-this-image-has-been-used-as-a-cover books? Probably not Which is why I voted to leave the IDWs in...
