  1. I would have to agree on the Verotik Illustrated #2. Also, most of the better Verotik copies have Danzig's scribbling all over them. I know... Indeed...
  2. Just moved into a new house... Here's the just-completed setup in my office...
  3. You know you're an addict when, even though you're in the process of selling off your collection, you can't resist a great deal...

  7. 565.55... I really wanted that Bettie sig
  8. On the subject of Tarzan Weekly... I recently purchased a collection of the entire run. Of these, only 5 give Dave credit for art (although, I am still missing the third issue, which contains the second half of the Monster Men story, which Dave inked, so that is a possible sixth issue.) Here are the covers for the accredited issues...
  9. Thanks to DiceX for these beauties... Now, just need to get them onto the registry...

  11. Tarzan Weekly 1977-07-30 there can be no doubt... and I present proof... I chose... wisely (based purely on the cover, it felt the most like Dave of the issues offered)
  12. He worked on them in 1976 and 1977, according to the interview in Near Mint... but, no, nothing that I have found that specifies issue numbers
  13. European Tarzan Weekly... Dave Stevens inks... anyone interested? Just thought I'd share... http://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-1977-TARZAN-Weekly-2-Dave-Stevens-Art-EUROPEAN-/350520859456?pt=US_International_Comics&hash=item519cabdb40
  14. Congrats, Lamont... I see your agents have indeed brought the prize home... for now
  15. Wow! It's in better shape than the auction photos indicated (with WHITE pages, too - the cover is slightly heavier stock, almost like linen paper)!
  16. Was it a domestic seller? No, it literally came from France... for 2$
  17. It was weird... I paid 5 bucks initially, and then the seller refunded me 3?!?? so, 2 dollars to ship
  18. This just in from France... J'ai Lu BD 91 - Rocketeer (1988) Not on the official Dave Stevens checklist...
  19. Welcome to the Stevens thread, Michael! Glad to have ya here As to the slabbability of the Myticogryphil... unknown... I think someone who has one (I don't... yet!) will have to send it in and see...
