  1. I have a question for any Duck collector: There was an animted short called Donalds Snow Fight. Is this the same as the "Snow Fort" story in WDC&S #582?
  2. I actually bought the book from you based on the recommendation of another forumite.
  3. I found a grading coupon dated Oct 2003 that I won in the Weekly Contest we used to have. The crew in Sarasota were nice enough to honor it even though it was so old. Chose this Oakland as the submission. Scan courtesy of CGC. Graded and slabbed yesterday. Received the email with the image this morning. Thanks to CGC for honoring the coupon!
  4. Cool! That's the first time I've read it too. Thanks.
  5. The Robin II miniseries had a regular cover and a hologram cover. You could also buy them both in a collectors bag which contained a trading card. Check it out
  6. Thanks to drbanner for the awesome comics. Smooth as silk deal start to finish. Thanks to Lantern for doing my shopping (again) and hooking me up with some sweet MOKF comics.
  7. Nope. JC and I have traded a few posts, but we have managed to keep it civil.
  8. Very happy with the books shiver. Excellent packing too! Thanks again. I also need to say thanks to Darth, Donut, and Lantern for the awesome books they hooked me up with these past few months. Thanks! Russ
  9. "And what do we have here?" says a teddy bear with an eyepatch and a bazooka. There is a mental image I will be toting around all day! Welcome back Joanna. Glad to see you have returned to the Crisis story. Oh, and congratulations on the job! Russ
  10. The woman ran the mysterious boarding house. She had gone to get drinks for Lord Rawl and Dr. Gloom. As for what he died of, we may never know. It's a mysterious place, this boarding house. I can say that it was most definitely unnatural causes. That rules out any weight issues. As for further resolution of this mystery, it may or may not ever be solved. -- Joanna I love a good mystery! Well done! Russ
  11. I gave it 5 stars a long time ago Joanna. BB13 and Arch are right though, who cares about stars. This is a great thread and has rightfully received top honors: a permanent place at the top of the board! Russ
