    Hi Folks Just wondering if a press/ cleaning could remove a light cup ring. I recently found a silver age issue with what appears to be a light staining but it does not appear to have completely soiled the book. Anybody have experience with this being an option during cleaning?

    Is anybody aware of the bottom green banner of asm 1 , "chameleon strikes", as occasionally having color loss like this 7.5? I have seen this exact type of color loss on another copy of asm 1 but I wonder if this was a printing defect at the onset of production or some other issue. I also wonder how much of a hit a raw copy will take with this type of defect during submission.

    Figure I would share the two sticking points to get 50 to 100. I knocked out 78 as well so now I think I might be able to complete 50 to 328 in 9.2 or better. Maybe another 5 years

    Hakes recent auction had some nice ASM books that were identified as from the collection of John B. Goodrich. I did not see any details about this collection on Hakes website so I was wondering if anybody had some insight about this collection or Mr. Goodrich himself.
