Remember when Greggy hit 30k posts after his first four days? Each one more vapid and meaningless than the last...

Short year! Love that. -
Same thing that happend to the lawsuits he threatened me with, nothing. He also wanted to beat me up so I posted a picture of myself, gave him my address and also posted when and where I would be at comic cons. Coward never showed. Classic. More classic than the time he offered to fly me to NYC, buy me a steak dinner, and then murder me? He was the best of all of us. <3 Did you take him up? I have to believe, of that offer, he wouldn't come through. -slym I did. I'm dead now. The steak was delicious, though. Yours, Ghost of Lego

This thread. Amazing.

All this is nothing... Let us not forget the time Hammer offered to fly a Greatly Distinguished and Now-Long Departed forumite to New York City, buy him a steak dinner, then murder him with his bare hands afterward.

What comics are you reading right now that are better than TWD? What, in your opinion is not overrated? Good point. It's all terrible. (But Fables is infinitely better than TWD, for starters.) -

I think that they would have him keep the hand, at least for a number of seasons... it would be rather difficult to have the actor with a "handless" prosthesis and have it look good and not get expensive Also, people would say: "Wait, didn't we already see Bruce Campbell do this?" -

Yes.... and . Only thing that saved this movie was the beer (since we saw it at a movie tavern) and the 10 year old boy sitting next to us screaming, at the top of his lungs mind you, "eat the (censored word rhymes with wussy)" during the girl on girl kissing scene... The 10 year old was saying that??? Oh you gotta love parenting skills nowadays. It was a group of about 7 or 8 kids with one kids grandma who was sleeping through the whole movie... and I left out a descriptor of the kids... it's the one that made me want to turn to the kids and tell them "you don't have to live up to the stereotype!" What stereotype would that be? -
Oh, a rant about an eBay seller. How trite.

Honestly? If he has what they want, and the price is what they'll pay, then yes. Sad but true. Not all of us share your muddied moral ambiguity, Rocky. So speak for yourself next time and not for the "collective," as you are want to do. But you'll never read this because of your dire chronic case of butthurt. Ho hum. Fix'd. -
I had the camera out to transfer some photos and I ended up taking a few new ones of my freshly-painted and semi-redecorated comic room. These are only of one wall. Someday I might get more ambitious and take pictures of the other three, but this is all I've got for now:

Not only does he appear very, very conflicted, he appears to be headed for a world of hurt this year (and next year and the year after that...).

So, is the guy lying or is this Kirkman going back on another of his promises about the book (never revealing what caused the plague)? -
Really an amazing room, WP!

There is no mechanism for banning. The closest we have is the "Hall of Shame". The poll would indicate that he is a qualified candidate Has 30 days from initial payment for any malodorous box transaction passed yet? Malodorous. Time to hit the dictionary. No need . . . = Stinky Like your Fantasy Football teams?

Supposedly Tony and Robert are still "friends", but decided never to work together again on another project. What it boiled down to (from what I've heard) is that Tony had trouble meeting deadlines when the Walking Dead was starting to get fairly popular. This led to some arguments and....yadda yadda... Yeah, TWD has been nothing but on-time and as-scheduled since Tony left waaaay back then. -

I remember it This is the sort of sentiment I expect from current Walking Dead fans in a few years... And "Children of the Dead" was putrid. I watched it for free and I wanted my money back. -
USAGE GUIDELINES - comment thread
Lego replied to Architecht's topic in Comics Market - Forum Only Selling Area
I'd like to propose not buying "Mystery Boxes" if you're not ready to handle the you're likely to get. It seems a bad idea to me to start legislating common sense. -
What's the point of selling in bulk if you have to grade them all out? That sort of logic and reason has no place in this market, sir. The idea of "caveat emptor" clearly holds absolutely NO meaning for a group who would buy from children and/or would buy in bulk sight unseen. There's a simple reason why you will never find a marketplace like this one anywhere else: They are crushed under the greed, stupidity, and laziness of their own patrons.

1st question: Will they ever do an issue in color? Will there truly be an explanation for what happened to cause the Dead to walk? I think Kirkman has said that there will never be an explanation. -
# Gift grade!! nice one (thumbs u How is that a 9.6?? Did they get it confused with another copy? Do you have a 9.6 in an 8.0 case somewhere? Not to rag on someone's book... but that really doesn't look like a 9.6 to me either. Why is it that when CGC misses the grade(s) on my book(s) it's always unfavourable? Why is it that when someone takes the time to share their books, some dickhead has to give them grief? Glad to see you saved up all your person_without_enough_empathying and moaning for this thread, Watson. (thumbs u I may be surly in general, but at least I'm not a shill. I don't know you, so, by your standards of shillness, you are.
