  1. Someone post a pic of that Delorean in the junk yard! We don't need wheels............ Classic stuff.
  2. My bad. They ladies did say, in my defense, that you would pay if I posted. (thumbs u
  3. Careful there lawyer. A person licensed to practice medicine may infer your intent of above said as a threat!
  4. Mark, Last post I need to read in this thread. You are always First Class, Period. We all know what this thread is about. Some may see different objectives in your post or just want to be tools. I see it for what it is. For those that question your motives I suggest they smash another Pedigree into oblivion. Yeah, I said that! Heaven forbid you attempt to do the "right" thing and be judged under the standers of an other. Thanks for your time on this issue which I could only gather is without compensation for the most. Keep on keep'n on! Nuff said
  5. You got *forked* bud. I sympathize. No explanation from the seller, should he even provide one, is going to change that. Just frekin out him or move along.
  6. Everyone see that. Douchepak has a shill.............. Well maybe not. Could be just a guest.
  7. Mark, If you can, and only if you can, please tell us the satisfaction you had seeing this dooschbag face to face in a court of law. Also, if you can, please inform us as to his "expressions" being in the court as well as those directed to you. I can only image it was freakin priceless!
  8. Yes, according to his itinerary he is presenting his lecture "From Cave Art To Superheroes: Comic Books & Social Commentary" On Delta Flight 422 from 6:30 to 7:00 PM this evening. Admission is free and peanuts and soda will be made available during the show. How could anyone believe that photo! Mark don't never roll coach........The man is First Class all the way!
  9. This needs 6 pages of quotes one I never saw nothing like this back on the farm... Looks like she's eating from the opposite end. I thinks she is hungry.
  10. Edit: I just realised the monster has two left hands. Boy, that was some mixed up Dr. No, he's got a right and a left hand, the hand on the left, if twisted up that way would have the thumb pointing to the outside... like it does. yup.... the hands are right. just the thumbs are wrong.......one should be up his arse!
  11. +1 (thumbs u I almost bought a book from Dr Frankenstein yesterday, I am glad I gave myself one more day to think about it after a few PM's exchanged. I didn't even know his past history Me too !! I can't believe I spent the whole evening reading this thread, I totally forgot about Comiclink auctions, I missed three books I needed Thank you. I just cleaned up. Save the images and wait for the "crack and smash."
  12. Just a $500 difference, that's all even with a $500.00 difference Is it not possible that who ever bought or buys the book may believe it to be higher OR lower than the CGC grade of 8.5? I mean come on how many of us have bought a PGX book cracked it out and submitted it to CGC and a different grade higher or lower comes back. Just using that to make a point that grading is very subjuctive and if you asked 20 different people to look at the book in hand I would say you would get a range of 8.0-9.2. I understand that there is a big difference in price. However, if the buyer or potenial buyer agrees with the grade the Dr gave it and is completely happy . Is there anything wrong with that? Its a totally different situation if he sells it as a 9.2 and the buyer is unhappy and wants to return the book. As long as the Dr. refunds the money or adjusts the price accordingly then that would be ok as well IMHO You're missing the point by about a mile. Muscleshark bought a pressed, slabbed 8.5 book - he cracks it, offers up it for sale as 9.2 raw, and doesn't disclose the fact that it was pressed (which I personally don't care about) and that it was previously graded as a 8.5 (which I do care about). If you don't see the blatant dishonesty in that, you shouldn't be selling here on the boards either. On the side of being open minded, I sold a bronze key to Jive who thought it looked much better than the assigned CGC grade and so he gave it a straight resub and it went from a CGC 9.0 to a CGC 9.6. True story. On the topic of this thread, Frank just lied through his teeth without flinching a muscle. They are without a doubt the same book. That's enough for me. In my opinion...Roy , you are a hopeless dope without a clue. Nothing more...nothing less, wow a real leader of the masses...... Again, I will say. Grow up Frank. You can either show proof or not. You will know what will happen either way Find your own "Get Rich Quick" scheme...pretty sure Danny Dupcak already tried this one and failed ohhhhhhhh SNAP. don't get all excited, everyone is carpping on me because of what I said. So this newb will post no more on comic threads, as I don't have that much to offer I guess Nawwww.... post on. No one crapping here. Unless you selling frankinbooks.......

Does he have a better reputation because of the things he did? remains to be seen. and a matter of opinion. well, IMO, from what I gather, screwing people over just to make a buck for yourself is pretty I agree. But he banks well on ebay. How that ends remains to be seen. As for his "rep"...the eBay auctions still get bids. We all know "here" he is a DB. But we are a limited group. Don't be naive. Well thanks for letting me know, but you didn't have to go as far as calling me naive. I apologize for that. No disrespect meant. But I feel there is a "game" here you are commenting on in which you lack experience. Again, no disrespect meant. well lesson learned for this newb..i'll just stay out of the big boys' way You also need to stop nesting quotes. It messed up the flow of the conversation. WORD! oh Juststopit.DoyouWANTastrike?. I did the nesting thing agian!

  19. Stop with the logic, reason and open minded approach to this situation. You're going to ruin a perfectly good thread. Are you covering for Roy this evening Rick? Thanks Rick...You are the man ! (thumbs u I won't speak for Rick but if I had to guess he is not condoning what is going on here. Nor was I by my comments. Fact is this game happens and will continue to happen with the $$$ involved. You just got caught. Others are a little sharper playing the game.

  21. I've been specifically looking for evidence of the Constitution and Declaration of Independence being pressed and have been unable to find any. Do you recall where you heard it has been pressed? The Declaration of Independence was stored rolled up for decades. It is now flat. It had to have been pressed. I am sure they didn't stick it in a dry mount press, but it was pressed nonetheless or it would still be rolled up. The DOI "the original" was engrossed on parchment not cellulose. I am not sure where "it had to have been pressed" comes into play here as we are talking about entirely different chemical compositions. I know what the engrossed copy of the Declaration of Independence was written on and I am sure I didn't say it was paper. That aside, I have to ask again what is the point of your post? Are you suggesting that rolled parchment will flatten itself out without being pressed? I dont need to "suggest" a thing. My folded Sunday paper will flatten out, if the temp and humidity is just right, even without pressure.
