The Once & Future King is a great book you'll enjoy it I am sure. I have a hardcover edition but I also have this paperback. The Sword in the Stone is a part of the Once & Future King and it has a chapter excised for some reason. The battle between Merlin and the witch Madame Mim. The Disney animated film had it. -

This is the last of the books that I have in the Ballantine series and a few weren't technically in it. Lin Carter stated in Imaginary Worlds that they would have been under the Unicorn's Head they were just published before the series started. -

I sold most of my Elric paperbacks because I later bought a hardcover collection from White Wolf. I kind of regret it now because the paperbacks had nice artwork from Michael Whelan. -

I don't know when I bought this first printing of The Fellowship Of The Ring but it was in a used bookstore. I can see why Tolkien was upset with the covers.. The unauthorized Ace edition covers were better. -

Taking a short break from the Ballantine series to include these Dover publications of the two James Branch Cabell's novels. These were also published in the BAF series but I wanted these anyway. They are larger format and also include some nice B & White illustrations.
