  1. Things to consider are:

Are the long boxes worth shipping to you in the first place?  In other words if they are only worth say $1,000 and shipping at the least will be around $400 then to me that's not worth the expense.

Trucking Companies will ship to a neighborhood but only if the items can be unloaded by hand, which comic boxes can.  They charge a high premium for this though.   Best bet is to be able to ship to a place of business.

They will also have to shipped from a loading dock as I'm pretty sure they will not pick up in a neighborhood.

Wow, what a haul and one of the best finds I’ve heard of in quite a while. Must have kept you awake at night for years.

Odd, there were no Timelys or very few other publishers. Also odd. No Action or Detective. Still, jaw dropping and what keeps us all in the hunt.

Glad you kept some of them. Congrats on your patience!

It was odd to me also at the time that there were not any Actions or Detectives with all the Superman's and Batman's.  Especially with all the World's Finest in the mix you would of thought he would have the other titles.  I had asked him at the time and he said that was all he had kept for all these years.  Being a Military man, I wondered if he had lost a suitcase over the years moving around.

  3. Here's some fun ones for you all.

I bought a large collection last year; part original owner, part he bought second hand.  He started collecting in the late 1950's so from there up all original, before then he bought from various sources.  The Collection originated from Ohio.

These first two books the markings looked very familiar to me.  I asked a couple friends and they agreed; they looked like Ohio Copies.  I had them graded, CGC agreed.

    Here's the last Brunch Bird.

    Blood Alley, Gold Medal 499

Gemmiest of the lot. There are two small indentations with tiny color breaks along the spine FC, two more
that are tinier still and don't break color and that's basically it. Flat, clean, square, glossy, bright colors,
clean interior.  Good painting of Duke and Lauren Bacall FC, decent phot of Duke BC.
    From my personal collection.

    Asking $35

    Contraband, Signet 902
    EGAD! Dope rings! In America!

A little gem with a couple flaws. Scratch FC below the "C" in the title, the front cover has *maybe* been opened once,
small dogear lower LH BC, barely breaks color. Flat, square, glossy, clean interior.

    Asking $20

    All Woman, Beacon B365

There are a few tiny indentations on the BC, and the cover is slightly miswrapped  front to back,
leaving about a sixteenth of an inch of exposed edge on the pages FC. Could be production, could be
an old glue repair?  Everything else is sharp. Flat, tight, square, glossy, untouched interiorm bright colors.

Asking a mere $10 because maybe glue repair.
    Also, side-boob!
