    Understand the Chris Claremont In-House signing event is happening already but is it over and done with already or is it expected to be stretched out over a few days or weeks ? Please help check on submission #4223496 ( submitted through dealer) as status is still only showing Scheduled for Grading.

    Please help to check on the status of these two submissions ? They are both magazines.

    Invoice # 2767688 - this was submitted via facilitator AGENTS OF SLABS.

    Order # CGC5740555907 - this was submitted for BOB MCLEOD’’s in-house private signing and status has be on GRADING/ENCAPSULATION/IMAGING for weeks now.

    I just received a charge of $80 for return shipping on my credit card for Mechanical Error submission 4218625. Can I know why was I billed for this ? I was under the impression valid Mechanical Errors will not be charged shipping . Was the Mechanical Error submission not valid ?  FYI, I have corresponded with your team via email under subject heading “Re: Received CRACKED SLABS - invoices 2767686 & 2767687” before sending out the slabs back.

    Please advise.

    Hi Matt,

    I have just received a billing on my credit card for $165 on order CGC2364246645. Was the $80 credit not applied ? I have received an email confirmation from your colleague Crystal, saying the shipping charge has already been removed. That plus the supposed $80 applied credit should bring the total down to $85 instead of $165 I believe.

    the status on my credit card is reflecting as PENDING. I have reached out to the bank and they have advised me to liase with you to have the $165 charge be cancelled and resend an amended one with the correct amount.

    Kindly assist to check please.

    thanks for acting on the overcharged $80 shipping amount. May I know what the $80 credited into my account can be used for ? Can it be used to offset the costs for my outstanding order # CGC2364246645 (which is for the same private signing event but yet to be keyed in). If not then are the credits only good to be applied on new submissions ? FYI I’m registered as a free member so I can only send in submissions for Signature Series.

    So I just received credit card charges for the following two submissions and am being charged return shipping for each of them. These are for the SAME in-house private signing event SNYDER/CAPULLO/DANIEL/GLAPION/SOULE/MCNIVEN/BROWN. FYI, I actually also have a 3rd submission order # CGC2364246645 for this same event which have yet to be keyed in.

    Like to enquire since the submissions are for the SAME signing event and were delivered to you guys in the same package, why can they not be return shipped back together and each is being charged the full shipping separately ? I understand from one of your staff’s response on the chat boards so long as the submissions are for the same signing event and were delivered in the same package that consolidated shipping can be done and am attaching that post here. Have also notated on the packing slips to have the books be return shipped back together.  

    Kindly advise.

    Thank you for your patience. Private signings are not received solely in the order they are delivered to our office. In the case of your three separate orders, they are for 3 separate signing options. Because of this, they are separated once delivered to our office and received with submissions with their specific private signing. This is the cause for the delay. Rest assured the other two orders will be received once we get to those specific options. Submissions only need to be delivered to our office before the signing not received into our system by the cutoff date to qualify for this signing. Because this was delivered before the cutoff this will be accepted. Please note, we are still working on receiving all the submissions for this event. Rest assured your submissions will be received in the coming weeks in time for the signing. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

    thanks for the prompt response.  I have already received the return shipping charges for order CGC5027459357.  Can I get confirmation all three orders will be shipped back to me as one consolidated shipment and I won’t be charged shipping separately for the other two orders? I read from your response on another thread that this should be possible if the submissions are for the same event and were delivered to you in the same package . Kindly advise if this is the case.

    so I have just received an entry on Submission Tracking for order CGC5027459357 but not for the following two orders.

    CGC2364246645

    CGC0565060622

    All three orders are for the SAME in-house group private signing event Snyder/Capullo/Glapion/Daniel/Soule/Mcniven/Browne and were sent together in the same received package so am wondering what happened to the other two orders ?

    You can confirm we have this package on the page HERE with your tracking number. Please note, In house signings are not received on the submission tracking pages in the order they were delivered. These submissions are received based on when they were delivered to our office AND when the private signings occur. This allows us to give priority to packages for signings whose cut-off dates have passed but were delivered prior to the cut-off like the Todd McFarlane signing. Rest assured as long as your package has been delivered and scanned into our office it is waiting to be processed. Thank you for your patience. 

    Lastly, your order does not need to be received into your submission tracking page prior to the cut-off date. This is because cut-offs are scheduled weeks and sometimes months before the event takes place. This allows us plenty of time to receive submissions and have any holders cracked out of their slabs before the event. Let us know if you have any other questions. Have a great day!
