Any thoughts on Edinburgh?

Since I'm going to be there for other reasons (work, wine and golf) it makes sense to check out the local shops. Have you been to any shops in Paris and think I'm wasting my time? Not looking for a commentary on Paris as a destination, I've been there at least eight times so fully aware...

Lol, where should I go?

Hey all, I have a work trip coming up in just over two weeks and will be staying just outside Paris (southwest near Boulogne-Billancourt) and then a few days in Edinburgh, Scotland. Hoping to get some recomendations on shops with a decent back-issue selection (pre-copper prefered). Also will have the info added to a new topic created by @HighRadArt. Thanks for any suggestions!

Our parent company is just outside Paris and strangely I've never investigated any shops in or around that area. I haven't been since the end of 2018 due to Covid and budget related travel restrictions. I'm extending my trip a few days to explore Ediburgh for a little golf and hopefully comics. I'll add some Massachuetts based shops in a separate response in this thread.

Great idea for a thread. I was going to post about an upcoming work trip to Paris and Ediburgh ( I did in the water cooler but minimal traction) so maybe you should increase the scope? Is your thought to take the info posted in other threads and create a knowledge base here?

For me I ended up dead even? I assume one extra point for each additonal grade miss. My takeaway is that I'm in the ballpark (-1, 0, +1) a majority of the time and when I whiff, I whiff hard 4 Bullseyes = 0 6 times my guess was one grade increment too low = -6 1 times my guess was one grade increment too high = +1 1 times my guess was two grade increments too low = -2 0 times my guess was two grade increments too high = 0 1 times my guess was three grade increments too high = +3 1 times my guess was four grade increments too high = +4 Thanks @Point Five for a great contest!
