Yep, I saw that copy on the 'bay. Tragic shape. Prices on active listings are meaning less and less to me over time, but I get your point that this isn't a book you see come up often. I'll see what I can do to improve its presentation and potentially get it graded. I'm very happy that I bothered to thoroughly check the shelves!

I found this among many other early Overstreet guides in my house. Didn't even recognize it because of its amateur construction. What would this grade at and does it have any collector value?

Incidentally, how do I best lower the risk of rusty staples?

Yeah it's very apparent to me that it's an old glue touch. Oh well. Book is otherwise okay and in much better shape than my Human Torch #13 that feels like it's 500 years old.
