Hello, I have a 1st print of Ultimate Fallout #4 still sealed in the bag and was wondering how CGC handles this for grading. Do they remove it from the bag to grade it or grade it as it is in the bag? Does it get slabbed in the bag? Does the bag fold over? Is the bag noted in the notes at the top? I assume no, but if I wanted to is there a way to get a comic that is still sealed in the bag pressed? Goofy question I know, but figured I would ask.
