@Lightning55 you hit the nail on the head. A culmination of parts that set basic submissions further and further back with new events they added. I'm at 6 months and waiting. My was submitted in May, they received it (tracked and signed) on the 10th of May yet it shows recorded as received to be graded on July 12. And as of today still waiting in the queue. So about 6 months from their record, 8 months when they actually received it. And I still have credit to use on future graded with them

Whether it was fair or unfair, CGC handled it poorly by all standards. Customers are bread and butter, and when you make a huge mistake like this, you should rectified it. It's simple. Yes they can raise rates at any given point in time (and I don't have an issue with that), but again, look at the way they handled it and the mistakes they made. When you make a change like this, it will back fire on you if you are not prepared. And evidently CGC was not prepared. I tried several times and couldn't not get through. And even today when I tried to click on the new email to obtain info, I received a server error. Clearly they did not think this through. A months advance notice would have been the way to go. This would allow anyone who was traveling and had no access, or any site issues to be corrected. Not one company out there that I know in the tech industry would do a roll out and give everyone a week to do what they need to do, knowing full well they will have a huge customer base trying to log in.
They could do better.

Buck Rogers has always been one of my favorite characters watching re-runs of Buster Crabbe serials. I started collecting a number of the toys from the 30's and 40's when I first saw a display at the Smithsonian of Ray guns, space helmets and fighter ships. So when the opportunity came to buy a collection of Frazetta covers, I did not hesitate. And another opportunity came for a signing, there was no question, just a matter of how many can I send lol. I believe there was a limit of two at the time. This is one of them and my favorite.
