*sighs* So I finally went to the Dr today..after falling down a flight of stairs (yes again dammit) a few days ago..I had an appointment already so I figured it couldn't be that bad..I could walk (even though it hurt) and the hand was swollen but not extraordinarily painful.. I did indeed break my hand and pull a ligament in my leg. So the Dr is casting me up .. I think to myself "Well okay so at least I did get it tended to and I may type a LOT LOT LOT slower,but it will heal!" Then I got home..jump on the couch and grab the wii remote..wait.. "damn this isn't going to work!" Then I look into the box of controllers..at the DS...nope Nintendo 64..nope game cube..nope dream cast..nope sega..nope... 360..well can't really stand to much because my leg is splinted so nope.. wii..same deal... I am SCREWEDDDDDDD I can't even play bejeweled blitz on facebook.. this now really really sucks *frownie face*

Hope nothing too valuable (monetary value at least) was damaged... I don't have any idea if it was valuable stuff..I know she looked for a long time for Toe Jam and Earl?some of them were older games. She got them for playing for awhile and they were quite expensive (to me anyway) But she got some sort of plug n play that has a lot of them on it and stuff like Wii Ware etc. So she had started collecting the MIB ones.

My daughter just had a major fit over my grandson, Kavin, coming over and ripping open all of her NIB sealed games! She told him plainly, "DO NOT TOUCH anything in this cabinet." and came back to find him in a pile of cellophane and game boxes..

We went to the casino yesterday to use our coupons and won enough to buy Halloween stuff ,pay for breakfast, AND gas money!! At the halloween store I ended up getting two hair pieces. They were only $2 each. They had several neat "steam punk" accessories that were all on clearance!

Yes it is me it is a "dress rehearsal" for my halloween costume I found out I need better brushes for detailing . A nice boardie here gave me a link to someone's reverse sugar skull make up..my husband said he did not like the black predominant color..so I went with basic sugar skull. Last night I also practiced with a zippered face but I am not sure I want to go with it. BUT that being said if I go with extra scary..it literally scares kids off the lawn and I will have lot's of candy left over. We went through 12 bags last year and we did not decorate except for the standard giant spider,cauldrons,and flame pots. Thi year I already have bats and spiders and signs the doll graveyard will be super cool . My neighbor doesn't decorate, she is letting us use their yard too if we need to. Home owner Association we sort of lucked into this place. My friend told me about an apartment complex but gave me the wrong name. When I called they said "How did you know we even had apartments? We are a condo place but we have 5 rental units. They are all full but we'll take your number." They called us a few weeks later to say someone who was supposed to move into the 4 bdr had not followed through. It took tons of paperwork and two months. Anyway they are pretty strict about decorations, they do regular "housekeeping" inspections etc..but it is a nice apartment and pretty cheap (although they have raised our rent 4X in the 2.5 years we've lived here it is still cheaper than a two bedroom.)

Happy halloween Hep! can't wait we went shopping today and got goodies to set up the yard. We only have a short time the HOA allows decorations to be up but looks like it will be some fun!

I went to the old homesite today and dug up all my dolls from the doll graveyard. My neighbors do a big set up every year and I keep saying I will kick their butts. This year I may do it! I have a few dozen burnt/decrepit nasty dollies,7 OOAK creepy babies, a bride and groom zombie and a chupacabra..plus skulls and bats tarantulas.. I can't decide if I want to go scary but not too bad so kids will not run away or to say "Hey if they run I will not have to give out so much candy...hmmm tough call
